What countries does Wanderist ship to?
Wanderist offers delivery within Europe at the moment, using high-end courier services. In case you need an extra EU delivery, we’ll be more than happy to arrange delivery to your country, giving you a quote. Please select your country of shipping destination at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Your products will be delivered through high-quality courier services. After we have dispatched your parcel, you will receive an automated email stating a track & trace number so you can easily follow the whereabouts of your parcel.
How long does it take for my order to arrive and how much will it cost?

Does Wanderist ship to Post Office boxes?
Please note that we do not deliver to Post Office boxes, forwarding addresses or courier collection points. We do deliver to all home and office addresses.
Does Wanderist sell gift cards?
No, we are afraid but we don’t sell gift cards at the moment. We’ll let you know when we’ll introduce this feature.
Why has my payment failed?
There are many reasons payment errors can occur and a number of steps you can take to resolve potential issues. Please review your personal and credit card information to verify that everything has been entered correctly. You could also try a different credit card or payment method, such as PayPal. If problems persist, please contact your bank, as it is possible that your account lacks sufficient funds or has been flagged for security reasons. For any other issues or questions, please contact our Customer Service representatives.
What are the payment methods Wanderist accepts?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, bank wires and PayPal for all countries.
How do I make a purchase?
Wanderist is a boutique dedicated to “Bespoke”, “Made to Measure” and “Made to Order” products.
Due to the type of products we are offering on the website, we offer two different ways of purchasing a product:
If you are a new customer, you may need to arrange an appointment with the artisan for all products that require fitting or measurements. You can do it from the artisan page, or directly from the product page, filling the form with all required information. Then, you will have your measurements taken and the possibility to choose among the whole range of options offered by the artisan.
The artisan will submit your order for you and you just need to log in into your Wanderist account to find your order in the shopping bag, ready for checkout.
If you are already a customer of the artisan whose products you are willing to purchase, you can either arrange another appointment if you are looking for a combination that is not available online, or order directly through the website one of the featured products. In the latter case, from the product page you have to flag the option “This artisan has already taken my measurements and I don't need a further appointment for this item“, add the product to the shopping bag and proceed to checkout. The artisan will proceed to produce your item according to your personal measurements’ profile.
Please note that some “Made to Order” accessories don’t require any measurement.
Since all available products will be expressly made for you, be sure to check the “expected delivery time” on the product detail page, in order to be sure that the timing fits with your expectations.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Yes, creating a Wanderist account has many benefits:
- Track your orders and review past purchases
- Request returns or exchanges
- Save your address and card details for faster shopping
- Save your personal measurements and sizes
When will I be charged?
The payment will usually be taken immediately. If you cancel your order before it is processed, we will refund you through your original payment method.
What about the warranty on my products?
Products sold through our web platform enjoy legal warranty. In the unlikely case that you encounter an issue with the product(s) you have purchases with us, you can contact our Customer Service representatives.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Please note that we only sell Made to Measure, Bespoke and Made to Order products. This means that products are not in stock as they are expressly made for you.
Among accessories, there are some exceptions and there might be the chance to find some products in stock, according to the Artisan’s availability. In that case, the current stock is listed on our website. If your desired size is not available in the drop-down menu of a product, it means this size is out of stock. If you have special requests concerning sizing and availability, please call or email our Customer Service department. Wanderist does not work with a waiting list; when more sizes become available they are immediately displayed online and available for purchase.
I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, change it here and follow the 'Forgot Your Password?' instructions. For security reasons, we cannot send your password via email. If you keep having troubles accessing your account, please contact Customer Service.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the Artisan has received your item we will refund you by your original payment method. Payments can take up to 14 working days to process. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
